Beautiful Fall Saturday! :)

Happy Saturday! :) We just wanted to share a few pictures from today with you! :) The first one was taken by my wonderful mother-in-law, Sandy. It was taken in our front yard. My shirt so matches the leaves behind us. LOL! We spent the afternoon with my MIL meeting up with a few family friends for lunch at Red Lobster. It was a great day out for the family! :) We have another family get together tomorrow night with Stephen's family. Pictures will be up tomorrow night...so take a look!

Sneak Peek #4: Candy Wrappers

Happy Monday, Friends! I hope everyone had a beautiful weekend!!! :) It was rainy & in the 70's here in Southern Indiana.

I decided to make some candy wrappers for these mini Hershey's Chocolate bars Saturday night. :) I thought they turned out fun & and were definitely fun to make.

Each wrapper paper measures 3 1/2" by 3". Going long ways... score at 1" & 2 1/2". Then just wrap & glue. Add whatever embellishments you'd like...and that's it! :) I used the Eerie & Indian Summer decorative papers from Basic Grey. You can now find these at Treehouse Stamps. :) The adorable stamps will be released Wednesday, September 30th at midnight at www.TreehouseStamps.com. :) I used the "Best Witches" & "Autumn Blessings" stamp sets here. :) I hope you like these!

Sneak Peek #3: Happy Harvest

Happy Sunday, Friends! :) I wanted to share another little sneak peek with you! I made this card yesterday and thought it turned out so pretty! :)

I used the flowers from the new Simple Wishes stamp set & the sentiment from our new Autumn Blessings stamp set that will both be released on Wednesday, September 30th! :) I love both of these stamp sets so much. They have so much potential and options. :) I used the new basic grey decorative paper we are also now carrying. It's from their Indian Summer collection. :)

Simply Amazing

Happy Friday, Friends! I hope you're having a beautiful day! It's completely rainy and gloomy outside here, but at least I've gotten some house cleaning finished today & stamped one card! LOL!

I used a new stamp set that is called "Simple Wishes" that will be available from Treehouse Stamps on Wednesday, September 30th @ midnight! :) This will be 1 of 4 new fall stamp sets we will be releasing! :) It was a super simple card to stamp & then I used paper towel & ink to sponge the background! :)

I also thought I would share a little photo I took today of my baby Grant. :) He has grown so much in the past 4 1/2 weeks! I can't believe he's already a month old. I thought this was a great picture. LOL!!

Grant is 1 month old!

My baby boy is a month old today! It has been one crazy month...that is for sure! I really need to take the time to sit down & let you all know why I haven't had much time to stamp or keep up with anything. LOL! I know I haven't even told you the birth story! Grant arrived a MONTH EARLY! My water broke at home and I had 22 hours of full labor, 1 1/2 hours of pushing, then his head was stuck at the pelvic bone and I had to undergo a c-section. They had to knock me out during the c-section because I could feel every cut! :( It has been a rough recovery for sure! I've also been battling an infection from my c-section and an awful case of postpartum depression. :-( It's been a hard month, but an amazing one at the same time! :) Here is a little slideshow of some pictures from the past month. I think I've taken over 200 and some in his first 30 days of life! LOL!!! :) ENJOY!

Easy Polar Bear Christmas Card

Happy Friday! Gotta love when the weekend arrives! hehehe!! I couldn't resist making another small 4"x4" card using this adorable polar bear. He is just too cute! Plus it adds another card to my Christmas card pile! We all love that! :)

You can find this adorable little guy at Treehouse Stamps for $1.00!!! :) I used my Treehouse Copic Markers to color him. The big scallop square is up on dimensionals & I added little liquid pearls to all of the scallops. The adorable polka dotted background paper is from our new "Twinkle Toes Paper Pack." I also added faux stitching around the edges. :)

Merry & Bright Twinkle Toes

Happy Wednesday, Friends! =)  Here is the second of the cards I made for this past Sunday's featured stamper challenge. This is the card I used as my inspiration by Stamp Muse. 

I used the mittens & sentiment that you can now  find at Treehouse Stamps in the $1.00 section. I just LOVE those little mittens! :) I colored the mittens with my Treehouse Copic Markers & added glitter to the snowflakes and yarn on the mittens...and then on the tips of all the snowflakes in the background. The adorable background paper is from Treehouse's "Twinkle Toes Paper Pack". There are dimensionals under the scallop & little liquid pearls on all of the scallop. :)

I Web You...Featured Stamper Challenge

Happy Tuesday, Friends! =)  Here is one of the cards I made for this past Sunday's featured stamper challenge. This is the card I used as my inspiration by Stamp Muse.  I loved the layout of her card & it worked perfectly for what I had in my mind.

I used the spider & sentiment from Treehouse Stamps "Creepy Crawly" stamp set.  I colored the happy little spider with my Treehouse Copic Markers & added glitter to his legs, around his body, and on the web. The adorable background paper is from Treehouse's "Spooky Town" Paper Pack. There are dimensionals under the scallop & little liquid pearls on all of the scallop. :)

Owl be There & My Husband

Happy Monday, Friends! :) I hope that you all had a great weekend. I spent the weekend trying to stamp & catch up on house duties. Plus... I've been taking care of Stephen. He was home from work on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday this past week. I finally forced him into the car & took him to the doctor on Friday. Two weeks ago we found a deer tick on his leg! I freaked out! LOL! So, once he started having dizzy spells, running a low fever, getting the chills, having ache muscles, etc... I decided he had to go to the doctor. They are treating him for Lyme Disease!!! I'm praying the antibiotics work & he won't have any more problems! So Scary!

So, on to a happier note. LOL! Here is a little 4" x 4" card that I made my best friend, Stefanie. She is going back to get her nursing degree after being out of school for 8 years! I'm so proud of her. I've been in school forever and I thought it would be nice to send her a little card to tell her that I'm here no matter what she needs. She is ALWAYS there for me no matter what I need. She's the greatest person you could ever meet! :)

I used the adorable owl from the "Forest Friends" stamp set from The Greeting Farm. You can now find these stamps at Treehouse Stamps. :) The adorable dotted background is from our new "Twinkle Toes" paper pack! :)

Beware...there's a scare in the air

Happy Sunday, Friends! :) I hope you're having a beautiful weekend. I thought I would share a little scare with you. LOL!

I'm trying to make lots of Halloween cards knowing that once baby Grant arrives here in the next few weeks... I probably won't have the time to make this years Halloween cards. Usually that wouldn't be a big deal, but this year I really want to take pictures of Grant in his Halloween costume & put it inside my cards. LOL!! :) A mom has to have priorities...right?! :)

I used the Treehouse Stamps "Creepy Crawly" stamp set for this card. I colored the bat using my Treehouse copic kit markers. The background paper can also be found at Treehouse now. It is from the "June Bug" Basic Grey collection. The scallop circle is up on dimensionals. I also added liquid pearls to the scallops, but they are a little hard to see in the picture.

Comfy Cup of Hot Chocolate

Howdy Friends! Here is another card that I made using one of the new $1.00 stamps that you can find at Treehouse Stamps. The adorable background paper is from the new "Comfy & Cozy" paper pack. :)

I used my Treehouse Copic Marker kits to color the main image. I just love that adorable mug. The decor paper comes with beautiful glitter already added to it! :) The large scallop is up on dimensionals and I added liquid pearls to all of the scallops. :)

Happy Thursday, Friends! :o) I hope you're having a beautiful week. Can you believe it's time for kids to return to school & all that fun stuff. It's amazing how fast this summer has flown by this year! Thank goodness in my eyes since I'm pregnant this summer. LOL! :o)

Treehouse Thursday Challenge #009 (PB&J)

Happy Thursday, Friends! I hope you're doing wonderfully. Here is my card for the Treehouse Thursday Challenge this week. :-) You are to make a PB&J card (a pink card with a button and just one other embellishment).

I needed a girly card for a friends birthday! :-) I decided to break out Ms. Hoot that we released in June. I used my Treehouse Copic Kit markers to color my main image. Then I also outlined her in a soft blue to make her pop off the page. I thought this beautiful glitter decorative paper from DCWV (now carried at THS) was perfect for this challenge!! :)The big scallop is up on dimensionals.
